case study: {Binky Nixon Photography}
Binky, owner of Binky Nixon Photography, is a self employed photographer based in Bedfordshire and has updated her brand image to fit inline with her photography style. In 2010 I created Binky’s blog, and since Binky has had great success writing articles and showing off her photos to clients alike, gaining much needed cover that a photographer needs.
Come 2011 Binky rebranded and so it was time for me to take up my creative hat again and redevelop Binky’s blog design to fit inline with the branding of her main site.
With a few more dotted lines, twirls and girly bits added to the site, as well as a total colour change, the blog is now sitting more inline with Binky’s main site. I also added in a few social media widgets, such as the Twitter feed and Facebook–like box on the sidebar.
The back end system was also updated, allowing Binky to have more freedom over the content of her site, the comments have a more dynamic feel to them and the whole blog feels a little more fun to use!
